Our family (2 adults, 18 years old and children) stayed 4 nights. Here are our thoughts: Positive reviews: 1. The apartment is not stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, towels and we like the closet full of beach gear! The apartment does not have a few starters, so do not forget to bring a garbage bag, toilet paper, towels, toilet paper and laundry facilities. Add. I am glad we were told in advance by the property management in the contract so we were prepared. 2. Swimming pool, one step beach entrance. I like how close we are to the beach, it is very nice, clean and not crowded. 3. Location / Near Attractions. Publix, a great Mexican ice cream shop and restaurant (Taco Libre) is minutes away. 10 minutes from the lighthouse and 20 minutes from the old road. Augustine / Fort Square. 4. I like that the bedroom is upstairs and quiet. 5. Harry The property manager is very good and responds to any questions or needs I have. 6. The apartment is really comfortable and feels like our home away from home! Of course, it is also an easy-to-use pet! Disadvantages: 1. The condo is on the 2nd floor. (We knew in advance) But if you really go in there know that there is no elevator and it is 2 small steps from the door. 2. Master bedroom, 2nd floor AC … The room is not cold, very hot. Garry was kind enough to send AC technology in the morning after the AC check. AC technology has proven to work, especially on the ground floor, but the upper rooms have to be lowered to keep them at a comfortable temperature for sleeping. 3. Double bed in 2 bedrooms – very hard bed. Our 18-year-old had trouble sleeping in one bed. We put extra blankets for extra pillows, but it was still very hard. 4. Only one pool was opened during our stay which caused the other pools to be cramped. It’s hard to enjoy, so we go once and spend the rest of the day at the beach. 5. You will appreciate a map that shows where everything is located (such as swimming pool, beach entrance, dog place, litter bin, etc.). We have to ask the neighbors / search around to find out. The property is in a good location and just a short walk from the beach. Equipped with everything. Even if our children are not young anymore, a pool with zero height will look great when they are young. Great experience!
Harry and Patty were friendly and helpful from the start. There was even a small basket on the property when we visited. Very clean and tidy. All appliances and furniture are in good condition. We brought our own beach buggy, but theirs was even better! ?? Walking distance to the beach and swimming pool is a plus. Even their TVs are modern with various programs and entertainment. It’s not a problem for us, it’s just over your head. The apartment is not on the second floor, the only thing I would recommend is to change the mattress on a bed, they are hard and a little hard, but everything is fine.
This beach villa is located in Saint Petersburg. Augustine Beach. Short trips to restaurants and shopping and local history and attractions. It was very nice, well equipped and had everything we needed for our family stay. The complex is well maintained and the land is tropical and beautiful. The equipment is excellent. The only negative was the hard bed. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back for our next beach holiday. Water bottles, tableware and tablecloths are of high quality and in large quantities. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided are an added bonus to perfect beach. I will not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends for a pleasant stay.
Upstairs bedroom. Upstairs there is a bathroom. The unit is clean and great with extra towels and sheets if needed. Good pool and good maintenance.

We stayed at C42 with our 2 daughters 5 and 7. Very good location close to local facilities and 2 swimming pools and a great location for the beach. Will definitely book here again.
This apartment is in a good location. It has easy access to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Like all interesting places to explore in St. Augustine. Definitely stay again.
My family and I spent a month in St. Louis. Augustine loves it – the beach is one step away, the apartment building is not well maintained and quiet, close to the mall and only 15 minutes to the city center. I love the sea view from the second floor master bedroom. Patty and Harry are very responsive to all questions and needs. I look forward to next year!

Such a great location on the beach and 15 minutes to the city center. The room has basic appliances but enough for simple cooking. Beautiful view from the 3rd floor balcony. Will be here again! Quick communication from owner / manager.
Everything about the location is good. Our only concern / problem is the poor quality of the beds.

Love this apartment! Will definitely stay here again! The apartment does not have a good view and is in a great location! The apartment has everything you need and more! We are especially happy with the beach chairs, beds and air conditioning! I also love the washing machine and dryer in the apartment! How cruel! Patty, the property manager, answered all our questions in a timely manner and was meeting our needs.

We had a great time at Unit 42 Ocean Villas. Patty is very good at working with and very responsive. Rooms are comfortable and cozy with great views of the beach from the master bedroom balcony. This neighborhood is clean and safe. Layout of property with bedroom on the second floor. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
Good place. 10 minutes walk to beaches and historical districts. The room is very clean. Patty and Harry responded immediately to all our questions. The only problem we have is the air conditioner is cold enough. Our beautiful 3 storey beach house in St. Augustine Beach. Our beach house NEW 2018 is a great place to relax and spend time with family and friends. This 3-storey luxury house has an area of 3,089 square feet. ft. There is an elevator, a saltwater pool, a cooling pool and five bedrooms and a balcony covering an additional 1,800 square feet. Air Our house is located on the seafront of A1A Beach Boulevard in St. Petersburg. Augustine Beach is just a step away from the sand. The house has 3 full bedrooms and a ground floor with a kitchen and a wet bar. The suite features a swimming pool with a Queen Murphy bed that is incredibly comfortable. The house has 3 and a half bathrooms and each bedroom is equipped with a new 50-inch TV for maximum comfort. We also offer state-of-the-art wireless internet throughout the home.
