We did the Pulau Ubin Kayaking Tour. Kesavan was very patient with us as there were 3 children in our group. And telling stories about the island entertained the children, who were always on the lookout for interesting wildlife; we saw lizards and eagles.
The travel experience was amazing. We have so many great memories now and the tour was even better than we could have imagined. Hidaye, our tour guide, was super human and a great guide, he could lead the group, tell us stories and take great photos and videos. He is very caring and can create a family atmosphere. We really enjoyed the trip and our kids wanted to go again. Everything was very safe and we felt very welcome, would definitely go again.
The teachers are kind and patient in bringing up my children. My children loved it and were proud of their art.
The roofs are beautiful, the grass and vegetable fields are lush and green. Play high-quality movies without the effects of ambient light. The entire booking and logistics experience was smooth and great. The host was very kind and helpful, available when we needed something but distant at other times, which was great from personal experience. The only reason I didn’t give this experience 5 stars is because of the cocktails. I think the cocktails are an integral part of the experience and the initial selection was minimal, only 4-5 choices. These are usually very simple with honey and lemon flavors. Given the types of drinks we like and personalization, I expected this creation to be more experiential and upscale. The drink was strong, but too plain to justify the price of the experience. Improving this part of the experience will help make it more enjoyable.
