Moffat Beach has a friendly beach section that operates daily from 4pm to 8am along Neil St at Dickey Beach south to Russell St where it joins Shelly Beach.
Shelly Beach is a very safe beach and you will find this sandy beach empty. This friendly beach is open from May to October from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
