Pet Friendly Trip Victory Liner – Looking for a pet friendly bus from Manila to Baguio? Check out Victory Liner as they recently opened their doors to pets. I’ve been to Baguio many times, but its charm and coolness is what keeps me coming back, so I decided to bring my dog Ollie with me this time. According to Victory Liner’s official website, Victory Liner welcomes dogs and cats to be transported as long as they meet the guidelines set forth in LTFRB Memorandum Circular 2020-003 or “Supplementary Guidelines Allowing Pets in Public Services.” Requirements for carriage of pets on Victory Liner pet-friendly coaches The pet allowance is equivalent to one person paying on a full stomach, having their own seat. Pets are 100% in a pet carrier or cage while traveling on a standard air-conditioned coach. Pet Friendly Bring your pet’s updated vaccination record, specifically for rabies vaccination. Only small to medium sized dogs and cats are allowed. Obviously we chose online to avoid traffic and save time, although there is a small fee. You must complete one registration form per passenger and pet. It’s a bit odd though that they ask for a last name and email address for pets, as booking confirmations are sent to either a person or a pet. As I booked for myself, my sister and my dog, I received 3 separate booking confirmation emails. If you can’t take everything, there’s no way to prove you bought and paid for your ticket, so please don’t lose it! What was the experience of taking pets on the Victory Liner?

It’s rare that I completely forget my good manners! We’re sure Victory Liner won’t tell you this, but if this happens to other bus companies, be aware of RA8485: Animal Welfare Act. It says: “Such animals shall not be subjected to cruel confinement or restraint while they are being transported.
